Marcedes Newby
Born and raised in Sharon, Pennsylvania, Marcedes Newby is the daughter of Robert and the late Cebenna Newby. Losing her mother at a young age shaped her resilience and deepened her appreciation for family and the people she loves. A 2010 honors graduate of Sharon High School, Marcedes went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2014.
Today, Marcedes resides in Central Pennsylvania, where she is raising her son and daughter and has proudly served through her work with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the past six years. She is also the proud co-founder of Baldwin Park Holdings, where she leads business operations and financial strategy.
Her goals are rooted in purpose: building generational wealth for her family and creating meaningful change within her community.
Her faith remains an important part of that purpose, guided by Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you…”

Melanie Newby
Melanie Newby is a mother, college graduate, creative visionary, and proud co-founder of Baldwin Park Holdings. Where she leads event design and guest experience. A graduate of Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, Melanie brings together her background in human behavior, public service, and customer relations with a natural passion for creativity and creating memorable experiences.
Above all, motherhood is one of Melanie’s greatest motivations. Raising her son has strengthened her desire to build something meaningful—not only for herself and her family, but also for the community and the generations that will come after her.
As one of the three founders of Baldwin Park Holdings, Melanie hopes to help build something that challenges expectations, creates opportunities, and reminds people that greatness doesn’t always have to come from somewhere else—it can start right at home.

Co-FounderDominique Godard
Dominique Godard is a co-founder of Baldwin Park Holdings where she leads branding, marketing, and creative strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health.
Born and raised in Farrell, Pennsylvania, Dominique is a proud graduate of Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School. She now resides in Burlington, North Carolina, with her husband and their dog.
Dominique has a longstanding passion for philanthropy, community engagement, and bringing people together through meaningful service. She believes in the power of investing in others and is committed to creating spaces where individuals, families, and communities can thrive.
Resilience continues to guide Dominique’s path. Her faith remains at the center of her journey, and she lives by the words of Exodus 14:14: “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
